Safety measures at Little India Dentist during Phase 2
Since entering Phase 2, Little India Dentist is pleased to have resumed our full range of services and be serving our patients again.
To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection, safe management measures have been implemented by Little India Dentist for both patients and staff. These measures are in accordance with directives by the Ministry of Health and the Singapore Dental Association, and are aimed at limiting the spread of COVID-19.
Check-in and out via Safe Entry
All visitors to our dental clinics are required to check-in and out of the clinic via the SafeEntry system to allow for contact tracing. In addition, patients are required to complete a health and travel declaration form.
Safe distancing measures within the clinic
To prevent crowding within our clinics, no walk-ins will be permitted and patients must schedule an appointment before visiting. Each patient can only be accompanied by one other individual. You can book an appointment with us here.
Protection of vulnerable groups
We will ensure that vulnerable individuals, such as the elderly aged 60 and above, pregnant ladies, as well as those with underlying medical conditions, will be tended to with greater care and consideration when in our facility.
Raising hygiene standards of clinic
To ensure the clinic’s utmost cleanliness, we are currently observing mandatory downtime of at least 15 minutes between patients dedicated to cleaning and disinfecting each surgery room after use. All clinic staff will also be donning full PPE gear to minimise direct contact with patients.
Enforcement of prevention measures for patients
All patients are required to hand rub with sanitizer before and after their treatment. Pre-treatment, patients are also required to carry out a one-minute mouth rinse. Our clinic is using ORASYL Orange Clinical mouthwash, a professional oral health mouth rinse formulated with 1% Povidone-Iodine. Masks must be worn at all times when in our clinic, apart from during the treatment period when told otherwise.
As we hope to provide you with the best dental care during this time, it is also our priority to protect our patients and to ensure their health and safety. As such, the team at Little India Dentist seeks your full cooperation in following through with the above measures.
